Factory & Supplier Audits
Independent assessment of QMS maturity, process controls, personnel competency, equipment, material management, testing, document control, and finished-product handling.
Sisoko is an independent, US-based set of eyes on your solar modules, from the factory floor to the loading dock. We audit, inspect, and test to your acceptance criteria, then hand you the evidence to accept, hold, or reject a lot with confidence. We sell no modules and certify no factories, so the only interest we protect is yours.
A lab certificate tells you a module design passed a test once. It says nothing about whether today's production line actually built to that design. That gap is where the money quietly leaks out: material swapped without notice, traceability that falls apart, process drift, calibration that slipped, workmanship waved through, corrective actions that never really closed.
That is the whole reason Sisoko exists. We are not here to hand you a tidy audit score. We are here to find what will actually hurt reliability, delivery, and acceptance, and to write it up plainly enough that your team can act on it the same day.
Services can be commissioned individually or combined into a project-specific quality surveillance plan covering supplier qualification, production, shipment, and receiving.
Independent assessment of QMS maturity, process controls, personnel competency, equipment, material management, testing, document control, and finished-product handling.
On-site oversight during active production to verify approved BOM, work instructions, control plans, process parameters, in-line inspections, testing, and disposition of nonconforming product.
Lot-based release inspection using agreed acceptance criteria, including visual review, EL image assessment, flash/IV verification, labeling, packaging, and sample traceability.
The big inspection names also test and certify for the manufacturers, and most of the independents sit half a world away. Sisoko is built differently on purpose.
We sell no modules and certify no factories. There is no other client behind the curtain, so there is never a reason to soften a finding.
Most independent inspectors coordinate from Asia. We work in US hours and English, and we can cover the domestic module lines offshore firms struggle to reach.
Flexible, project-based engagements. Bring us a single container inspection, or stand up a full surveillance program across a supplier base, and we scope to fit.
Raw EL images, the full IV and flash data, per-defect photos, and the AQL math, delivered promptly and in full, not a sanitized pass or fail PDF.
Inspection works best when findings connect across the project lifecycle. A material traceability gap during production should be visible at release. A shipment defect should be traceable back to process history. Corrective action should close the cause, not just the symptom.

Monitor incoming materials, process parameters, workmanship, in-process testing, traceability, and nonconformance handling.
Apply agreed sampling and acceptance criteria before shipment, with clear pass, hold, or reject disposition supported by evidence.
Confirm corrective actions and receiving condition, then feed lessons back into supplier controls and future inspection intensity.
Every finding is anchored to something we saw, measured, and recorded, not an opinion, but evidence you can act on.
Share the project phase, supplier, location, volume, timing, and the quality concern. We can define the inspection scope around the decision you need to make.
